- Add peanut and sesame powder to the pan along with dry coconut. Roast this mixture for couple of mins.
- Add cardamom and nutmeg powder and put off the flame.
- Add this mixture on a greased plate and flatten it with spatula.
- Decorate with grated dry coconut. When it is warm make the markings for barfi.
- When it is cool, remove and serve it on a plate.
