- 1 capsicum chopped
Steps to make to make Lauki Uttapam
- Take suji and add curd and 1 cup water. Mix properly to make a thick batter.
- Cover the bowl and rest the batter for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes check the batter and add grated lauki, onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves.
- Add haldi powder, salt, roasted cumin powder and water. Mix all ingredients properly.
- Now check the consistency otherwise add 1/2 cup water for flowing consistency.
- Now better is ready for uttapam now put tawa on gas flame.
- Put 1sp oil over the hotted pan brush uniformly. Put large spoon of batter and spread properly.
- Cover the lid and cook 3-4 minutes in low flame.
- Open the lid and flip one side carefully and again cook for 3 minutes.
- Now uttapam is ready and serve with any chutney or sauce.
