Now add the marinated mutton.. Cover the pan.. And let it cook in low flame until the meat got tender.. Now rise the flame and cook rest of the mutton in medium flame.

When the meat seems to be like fried and you can get the smell of the fried spices add garam masala made of roasted cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves, black pepper, fennel seeds, dried red chilli. Fry the mutton for more 5 minutes now add 1 tablespoon butter mix it well.. Mutton fried masala is ready to serve
