- For fish fry:
- Wash and Clean the piece of hilsha fish and take it into a bowl. Put termeric powder and red chilli powder with salt as required and give it a perfect mix.
- Now take a pan, put mustard oil and fry the fish. After fry, stop the flame.
- For khichri: wash the rice with water and keep it aside. Wash the lentil and keep it into water for 1 hour soaking. Then keep it aside.
