- Wash and soaked moong dal in water for 1/2 an hour. After soaking grind moong dal, ginger, green chilli and make a fine paste. Add 1tsp salt into moong dal batter.
- Mix chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, carrot, paneer and coriander leaves in a bowl to make mixture.
- Cut the bread round in shape with the help of glass or katori. Heat a nonstick pan over a low flame.
- Dip bread in a moong dal batter and flatten it on heated pan.Spread the vegetable mixture on top of the bread and pour some oil on it.
- Cook it on low flame. Turn it to cook the other side. Grease it with oil on the corner. Cook till it's scrispy. Off the flame.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with coconut chutney.
