  8. 2 tbsp maida
  9. 1/2 cup water

  13. 1 tbsp chilli powder
  14. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  15. 1/2 lemon or 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
  16. 2 chopped green chillies
  17. to taste Salt
  18. For Mayo dip:
  19. 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  20. 1 tbsp sweet ketchup

  1. Mix all ingredients except cornflour slury and bread crumbs.
  2. Heat oil in sauce pan to shallow fry. Make oval shaped cutlets
  3. Coat in cornflour slury
  4. Now coat in bread crumbs all over
  5. Continue with all cutlets. Roast well on one side then flip
  6. Now flip all
  7. Roast well on the other side too
  8. Remove on a serving plate. Combine the mayonnaise with the tomatoe sauce.Serve along with mayo dip.
