- For dough
- 3 cup wheat flour
- 1 tsp black seeds
- 1 tsp oil
- to taste Salt
- as required Water
- For stuffing
- 1/2 kg mince / keema
- 3 tbsp green chilli paste
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1large size finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- to taste Salt
- as needed Oil for frying
Instructions to make to make Keema puri
- First in a bowl add flour salt oil black seeds and add water gradually and knead it make proper dough, cover it and keep aside.
- Now in a bowl add all the listed ingredients of stuffing and mix well.
- Now take small portion of the dough and make round ball out of it flatten it and put some stuffing on it and make round ball and roll it to form like roti. (don’t roll to thin like roti).
- Drop this in preheated oil and fry from both sides till golden brown and take it out from oil. Do with all dough and stuffing.
- Our tasty keema puri is ready to serve.
- Enjoy with green chutney.
