  14. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  15. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Instructions to make to make Keema puri

  1. First in a bowl add flour salt oil black seeds and add water gradually and knead it make proper dough, cover it and keep aside.
  2. Now in a bowl add all the listed ingredients of stuffing and mix well.
  3. Now take small portion of the dough and make round ball out of it flatten it and put some stuffing on it and make round ball and roll it to form like roti. (don’t roll to thin like roti).
  4. Drop this in preheated oil and fry from both sides till golden brown and take it out from oil. Do with all dough and stuffing.
  5. Our tasty keema puri is ready to serve.
  6. Enjoy with green chutney.
