- Take a kadhai,heat the oil.Add jeera and crackle.Add onions, tomatoes paste and cook for 4 to 5 mins. After 5 mint add all spices and cook for 10 mins in simmer.
- Add kasoori methi and mix.Add black Chana and mix.Cook for 10 to 15 mins again and off the flame. Healthy masala Chana is ready to serve with roti,Parantha.
