  1. In a mixture add all ingredients to a smooth paste. Keep a side.
  2. Take a pan add chopped tomatoes and add 3-cup water, mix well and cook for 15-minutes. Keep aside to cool.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add cloves, cinnamon and cardamom and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  4. Add onion paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add tomatoe puree, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add salt, sugar and cream, mix well and cook for 1-minutes.
  7. Add Coriander and cook for medium flame for 1-minutes.
  8. Add fried potatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Garnish with Coriander and serve hot with parathas.
