- Wash poha nicely drain excess water then add yoghurt and sooji add 1/2 cup water to adjust consistency mix well set aside for 15 to 20 minutes

- Keep this thali with batter into the boiling water kadai and close lid steam on medium flame for 20 minutes then off gas and wait 5 minutes then remove plate out
- Cool and then cut square or diamonds shape prepare tadka heat a tsp oil add mustard seeds then sesame seeds the green chilli a pinch hing and then curry leaves....remove from heat
- Pour the tadka over prepared dhokla garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle red chilli powder
- Relish with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup
