- Now take a green chutney. Take another bowl and made besan better. For that take 1/2 cup besan and water as per needed. Make thick better
- Take bread. Cut it in 2 part in triangle shape. First spread green chutney on bread. Than spread potato mix. And last spread besan better.
- Take a pan. Heat the oil. Deepfry the bread till golden. Than take out and sock the oil
- Now spread tomato sauce, chopped onion, malabari sev and coriander leaves on it. Now it ready to served.
