- 1cup sev
- 5 cup hot Water
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions to make to make Sev Tamatar Sabji
- Heat a pan add oil, add mustard seeds, jeera, add hing, add chooped onions. Cook for 3-4 minutes. add ginger, garlic paste. Cook for a minute.
- Add red chilli powder, dhania powder, haldi powder cook for a minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes, add salt. Cook until tomatoes are mushy.
- Add5-cup hot water, cover and cook for 5-minutes.
- Add 1-cup sev, bring to a boil, covers cook for 3-minutes.add garam masala, and add gud.
- Spicy, tangy tomatoe sabji is ready. Serve with jowar bhakhri.
