- In a pan heat oil. Now add mustard seeds,Cumin sesame seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves. Let's sputter it.
- Now in this add Cooked Tur dal.
- Now add red chilli powder,sugar,salt and mix well. Do not over mix.
- Now garnish with coriander leaves. Tur dal Usal is ready. You can serve with Chapati or Roti.
