- 200 gms rajma
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 green chillies
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1 tsp garam masala

- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp lime juice
- as required Oil
- 3-4 tbsp bread crumbs
Instructions to make to make Rajma Galouti kebab
- Soak rajma for 6-8 hrs. Pressure cooker for 5 whistles. Boil the potatoes. Peel and grate the potatoes. Grate the onions. Make a paste of ginger and garlic. Chop green chillies finely.
- Now grind the rajma, completely dry. Heat oil saute the grated onions till dry and brown. Add the ginger and garlic paste. Saute till golden brown. Allow it to cool.
- In a bowl add the rajma paste, onions paste, grated potatoes and all the remaining ingredients except the bread crumbs. Grease your hand, make small balls, flatten them. Roll it in the bread crumbs. Take a pan and shallow fry the flatten balls.
- Shallow fry on both sides till golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with tomato sauce and onion, carrot salad.
