- Add chopped onions.
- Add mashed potatoes.
- Add all spices.
- Mix well and turn off the flame.
- Now make batter of gramflour and deep fry on medium heat in oil.
- Now make small balls of potato mixture.
- Add baking soda.
- Dip in gramflour batter and deep fry on medium heat.
- Make slit between the each pav and spread chutney on it.
- Serve with chutney and fried green chilli.
