- Soak tge rajma fir whole night
- Wash properly in morning
- Heat the refined in pressure cooker
- Add chopped onion paste
- When it change it's colour add garlic ginger paste
- After2-3minutes add tomato paste
- Add other ingredients salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, haldi, coriander powder
- Mix well and add rajma
- Niw add water 3glass
- Close the cooker and cook on high flame until 6whistle
- Close the gas rajma is ready
- For rice heat the refined in cooker
- Add jeera
- When it changes it's colour add rice and salt
- Add 2glass water
- Close the cooker
- Switch off the gas aFter 1whistle
- Chawal rajma is ready for eating
