- Now take the cashew,raisins,onions,garlic,ginger and make a paste...and keep it aside... add 2 table spoon of the oil in the pan...then add chopped onions...and fry it...then add the paste and some water in it...now add the fried potatoes and sweet potatoes in it...
- Finally add sugar...salt and fresh cream (optional) and serve the dish with rice...polau...paratha or even puri
